Job Summary
Caspia Technologies, a leader in hardware security solutions, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to enhance and maintain our IT infrastructure capabilities within our Gainesville, FL office. This individual will be responsible for helping ensure the operational efficiency, maintenance, and security of our IT systems in collaboration with our parent service providers.
Responsibilities
- Support IT infrastructure management, ensuring availability and implementing policies/procedures
- Aid in server configuration, updates, and support to employees to maintain system integrity
- Manage IT asset tracking alongside updating training programs
- Help ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Currently pursuing or have received a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with vendors, IT managed service providers, and employees
- Comfortable working with both Windows and Linux operating systems and/or prior experience in IT support is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced start-up environment
